This site is operated by Sourcing Agent Yiwu, a sourcing and buying agent based in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.
What we collect and why
The contact and quote forms on this site ask for your name, email address, country and message, along with any details you choose to include about the products you want to source. We collect this for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out the work you ask us to do. We do not use form submissions to build marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
If you contact us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive whatever information you send through those channels, and we use it the same way: to reply and to handle your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it remains useful for responding to you and for any business relationship that follows. If an enquiry goes nowhere, there is no ongoing reason for us to keep it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time, as described below.
Hosting and analytics
Like almost every website, this site runs on third party hosting infrastructure, which means the technical data involved in serving you a web page, such as your IP address and the pages requested, passes through and may be logged by the hosting provider as part of normal operation. The site may also use basic analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages get read and roughly where visitors come from. We use that information to improve the site, not to identify individual visitors.
Cookies

Who can see your information
Your enquiry is read by our own staff, and only the people who need it to handle your request. Where fulfilling your enquiry requires sharing details with a third party, for example passing a shipment specification to a freight forwarder once you are a client, we share what the task needs and no more. We do not publish, trade or otherwise disclose your details.
Security, honestly stated
We take reasonable care with the information you send us, and we limit who has access to it. At the same time, no website or email system can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise. Send us what we need to quote your order, and hold back anything the enquiry does not require.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can ask us at any time what information we hold from your enquiries, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@sourcingagentyiwu.com with your request and the email address you originally used, so we can find the right records, and we will confirm once it is done. If deleting something would conflict with records we need to keep for an active order, we will tell you that rather than quietly ignoring the request.
Changes to this notice
If our data practices change, we will update this page. The version you are reading reflects how the site works today.
