WhatsApp is usually quickest for a first conversation. Email is better once product lists and photos start flying back and forth, because nothing gets lost in a scroll. China is on a single time zone (CST, UTC+8), so if you message outside our daytime, expect the reply when Yiwu wakes up.
What to include so we can quote quickly
The more of this your first message covers, the fewer rounds of questions stand between you and a written quote:
- The product. A name, a photo, a link to something similar, anything that shows us what you mean.
- Target specification. Material, size, colour, packaging, printing, and the quality level you are aiming at.
- Quantity. Even a rough range changes which suppliers are relevant and what price band applies.
- Destination. The port or city the goods are going to, which shapes the freight options.
- Timing. When you need the goods, so we can tell you upfront whether that is realistic.
