Yiwu Sourcing Company

A registered Chinese company, not just a contact on WhatsApp: employed staff in Yiwu, our own warehouse, written per-order agreements and documentation you can verify.

Searching for a Yiwu sourcing company, rather than just “an agent”, usually means one thing: you intend to send real money to China and you want a counterparty that exists on paper, not only on WhatsApp. Fair. Before any goods move, everything you have is a name on a screen, and the sensible response is to check what stands behind the name.

So here is what stands behind ours. Sourcing Agent Yiwu is a registered company in China, operating in Yiwu, Zhejiang, with our own employed staff on the ground and our own warehouse and consolidation space in the city. Our business is a Yiwu sourcing service in the full sense: finding goods, buying them, checking them, and shipping them, for a commission agreed per order.

What a company structure changes in practice

A sourcing arrangement is a chain of small trust decisions. You send funds before you see goods. You accept reports about cartons you cannot open yourself. A registered company changes the mechanics of that trust in specific, checkable ways.

Payments go to a company, through proper channels, with records on both ends. Agreements are made with a legal entity that can be held to them. And the service does not hinge on one individual’s phone: our staff cover for each other, so your order does not stall because one person is travelling, unwell, or has moved on. None of this makes anyone virtuous by itself. It makes the arrangement verifiable, which is the point.

How an engagement with us is set up

There is no retainer and no membership. The unit of work is the order.

First contact is your enquiry: what you want to buy, roughly how much, where it ships. We respond with substance, prices or price ranges, practical constraints, and our commission for that order, tiered roughly 4% to 10% of order value depending on service level and size. If you proceed, the scope and fee go in writing before you send anything. Then the order runs: sourcing or buying, supplier payment, warehouse receiving and checking, consolidation, shipping. You get documentation at each stage, with supplier prices and our commission always shown separately.

If the first order goes well, the second one starts with a message. Most of our long relationships began exactly that unremarkable way.

Check us the way you would check anyone

We would rather be verified than merely believed. Ask us questions with checkable answers: our registered company details, how payment is documented, what a receiving report from our warehouse looks like, how a problem order was handled. Ask for a video call with the goods or the warehouse in frame. Judge the speed and specificity of the answers. This is the same diligence we apply to suppliers on your behalf, and a Yiwu buying service that resents being on the receiving end of it is telling you something.

What we are not

We are not a trading company selling you stock at a marked-up price; we buy against your order and our earnings are the disclosed commission. We are not a freight forwarder, though we arrange freight through forwarders and manage that leg for you. We are not advisers on your country’s import duties, taxes or product rules; that stays with you and your local broker. And we are not the right partner for every category. Yiwu’s strength is general merchandise in wholesale quantities. When your product lives elsewhere in China, or your volumes are too small for the model, we say so early.

Is my agreement with your company or with the suppliers?

Your service agreement is with us. Purchases are placed with suppliers on your behalf, and the paperwork shows which supplier received which order and payment, so nothing about the chain is opaque to you.

Can you provide your company registration details?

Yes, on request during your due diligence. We prefer clients who ask.

Do you take a retainer or charge for quotes?

No retainer. Enquiries and quotes cost nothing. We earn our commission on orders that actually run.

What happens to my order if my usual contact person is away?

The order continues. Files, supplier records and warehouse status are shared inside our team, so another staff member picks it up. That continuity is a large part of why buyers choose a company.

Are you a sourcing company or a buying company?

In this trade the two labels are used loosely and often describe the same office. When a buyer asks specifically for a Yiwu buying company, they usually mean someone who buys the goods and handles the money with suppliers on their behalf, rather than only finding suppliers and stepping back. We work at that end of the spectrum: we place the purchases, pay the suppliers, and take the goods into our own warehouse for checking. Still, the label matters less than three questions: who holds the money, who is accountable for the goods, and what is written down. Ask those of anyone you talk to, including us.

Send your enquiry to info@sourcingagentyiwu.com or message +86 136-6892-2294 on WhatsApp, and judge us by the reply: how specific it is, how honest it is about constraints, and how clearly the fee is stated. That is the standard we think a Yiwu sourcing company should be held to.
