Buying and order management

Once you choose a supplier, someone has to place the order in writing, pay in the way Chinese suppliers expect, and chase production so the delivery date does not quietly slip. We do that as your Yiwu buying agent, acting on your instructions and keeping the paperwork in order. You stay in control of every decision that costs money.

Market accompaniment

Some buyers want to see Yiwu market themselves, and it rewards a visit. Repacking, carton marking and labelling happen here too, which matters more than most first-time buyers expect.

Shipping coordination

When the shipment is ready, we hand it to the route you choose: sea freight through Ningbo or Shanghai, rail towards Europe, or air and express for smaller, faster orders. As your shipping agent we prepare the cargo and documents and coordinate with the forwarder. Freight cost is always separate from our commission and always visible to you.

How the services fit together

Most clients use the full chain, because the value compounds: the person who sourced the product knows what the inspection should look for, and the warehouse team knows which orders belong in which container. But the services are genuinely separable. If you only need consolidation for orders you placed yourself, or only an inspection on goods already produced, we quote for exactly that.
