Yiwu Consolidation and Warehouse Service

One address for all your suppliers: our own Yiwu warehouse receives, checks, repacks and consolidates deliveries into a single documented shipment, with storage between.

Buy from one supplier and logistics is simple. Buy the way people actually buy in Yiwu, thirty suppliers for one shipment, and you have a coordination problem: thirty deliveries arriving over three weeks, in cartons of every size and strength, some early, some late, some wrong. A Yiwu consolidation service exists to absorb that chaos at a single address and turn it into one clean, checked, well-packed shipment. That address, in our case, is our own warehouse in Yiwu.

We run the warehouse ourselves, with our own staff, as part of our sourcing operation. It is not rented shelf space at a third party. That distinction matters, because the value of a Yiwu warehouse service is not the floor. It is what happens to each carton on the floor.

The life of a carton in our warehouse

A supplier van pulls up and unloads. Before anything is stacked, the delivery is logged against your order: which supplier, which items, how many cartons, in what condition. Then the checking: cartons opened, quantities counted, goods compared against the order and the approved sample. Problems are photographed and raised with the supplier the same day, while the delivery driver’s dust is still settling and the balance payment is still ours to hold.

Only after that does a carton earn its place in your consolidation pile, marked and recorded so that nothing gets orphaned. Cartons that arrive weak get repacked or reinforced; a box that barely survived the drive across town will not survive a sea crossing under two tonnes of other cargo.

From pile to shipment

When your suppliers have all delivered, or when you decide to ship what has arrived and leave the stragglers for next time, we build the shipment: a packing list of every carton, weights and measurements taken, cargo arranged to use the space honestly and to put crushable goods on top. You get the documents and photos before loading. Yiwu sourcing and consolidation working as one flow means the people who bought the goods, the people who checked them, and the people who load them all sit in the same operation, and nothing is lost in a handover between companies.

Storage between the two

Consolidation always involves some waiting, and sometimes deliberate waiting: holding goods until a second order completes, until a season starts, until a container is worth filling. Our warehouse holds cargo for these windows, and we tell you frankly when holding is costing more than shipping smaller and sooner would. A warehouse that only ever advises more storage is advising for itself.

A Yiwu address for goods we did not buy

Some clients source part of their goods directly, from booths they know or platforms they trust, and still want everything checked and shipped together. You can route those purchases to our warehouse. We receive them, check them with the same routine, and fold them into your consolidated shipment. Plenty of relationships start this way, with us as the address, and grow into full sourcing later.

What the warehouse is not

It is consolidation and transit space, not a fulfilment centre; we do not pick and pack individual retail parcels to your end customers. We do not accept goods that carriers class as dangerous, counterfeit brand goods, or cargo whose owner we cannot identify. And storage is for weeks and months around shipments, not a permanent home for inventory; if your plan needs long-term warehousing at scale, we will say so and help you think it through.

How is the warehouse and consolidation work charged?

For orders we source, receiving, checking and consolidation are part of our commission, tiered roughly 4% to 10% of order value. For goods you bought directly, and for extended storage, we quote per job before the first carton arrives.

Can you combine my cargo with other buyers’ cargo in one container?

Yes. Shipments smaller than a container travel as consolidated freight, and we prepare your cartons and documents for that. Your goods stay identified as yours throughout our warehouse.

What happens if one supplier is very late?

You choose: hold the shipment, or ship without the latecomer and send their goods with the next load. We give you the arrival status of every supplier so the choice is made with facts, and we chase the late one either way.

Will you refuse a delivery that is obviously wrong?

Yes. If a delivery clearly does not match the order, we can reject it at the door and notify you and the supplier immediately. It is much easier to refuse cartons than to return them.

Give your suppliers one address

If your next order involves more than one supplier, consolidation is not optional, only the quality of it is. Write to info@sourcingagentyiwu.com or WhatsApp +86 136-6892-2294 and we will set up receiving for your order and quote the work plainly.
